Q: Can I order just one bottle? A: Yes you can! However best value is to purchase by the dozen, and if you spend over $100 you qualify for free delivery.  

Q: Do you offer mixed cases? A: Absolutely! We have a few available!

Q: How do I place an order? A: Simply browse our wine collections, add your chosen bottles to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You can checkout as a guest or create an account.

Order Management

Q: Can I modify my order after placing it? A: Yes, but only within a limited timeframe. As Orders are dispatched every morning during the week, orders can be modified or cancelled until dispatched. Once an order enters our fulfilment process, modifications become very limited.

Q: How do I cancel my order? A: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they haven't entered the shipping process. Contact our customer service team immediately at sales@mclarenvalecellars.com or call 0409605605 through live chat during business hours. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Q: Do you accept pre-orders for new releases? A: Yes! We offer pre-orders for limited releases and upcoming vintages. Newsletter subscribers receive early notification of new releases and special pre-order opportunities. This is perfect for securing highly sought-after wines before general release.

Q: Can I set up recurring orders? A: We are working on a system to offer recurring order options for your favourite wines. 

Payment & Pricing

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Afterpay for eligible orders. For large corporate orders, bank transfer options are also available. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts? A: Yes! We can apply bulk discounts.

Q: Are your prices competitive? A: Our prices are very competitive.

Q: Are prices inclusive of GST? A: Yes, all prices displayed include GST. Australian customers will see the final price including all taxes. We can provide tax invoices for business purchases upon request.

Q: Do you accept Afterpay or other buy-now-pay-later services? A: Yes, we accept Afterpay for eligible orders. The availability of Afterpay will be shown at checkout based on your order value and Afterpay's current terms and conditions.

Q: How do I choose the right wine for my taste preferences? A: Each wine listing includes detailed tasting notes, food pairing suggestions, and winemaking information. Our wine experts are also available via email, phone, or live chat to provide personalised recommendations based on your preferences and occasion.

Q: Can I read reviews from other customers? A: Yes, customer reviews are available on individual wine pages where customers have left feedback. We encourage honest reviews to help other wine lovers make informed decisions.

Q: What if I don't like a wine I've ordered? A: While taste is subjective, if you receive a wine that's faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. For future orders, our wine experts can help refine recommendations based on your feedback about previous purchases.

Q: Do I need to create an account to purchase? A: No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits including order history access, saved delivery addresses and payment information, exclusive offers, and personalised wine recommendations.

Q: How do I reset my password? A: Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive instructions to reset your password. If you continue having issues, contact our customer service team.

Q: Can I save my favourite wines? A: Yes, account holders can create a wishlist of favourite wines for easy reordering and to track wines they'd like to purchase in the future.

Q: Do you offer a loyalty program? A: Yes we have our grapeful rewards, where every purchase earns you points that you can redeem for future purchases.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Q: How do I track my order? A: After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status through your account dashboard. We provide real-time updates from order confirmation through to delivery.

Q: What confirmation will I receive after ordering? A: You'll receive an immediate email confirmation with order details, followed by a processing notification when your order enters fulfilment, shipping confirmation with tracking information, and delivery confirmation when your order arrives.

Q: Why hasn't my order shipped yet? A: Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Delays can occur due to high demand, weather conditions affecting shipping, or if specific wines need to be sourced from individual producers. Contact us if your order hasn't shipped within 3 business days.
