Grapeful Rewards Program Terms of Service
Welcome to the Grapeful Rewards (the "Program").
By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with the Program.
1.1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have a registered account on our website.
1.2. Northern Territory residents are not eligible for the rewards program due to regional restrictions.
1.3. Employees of McLaren Vale Cellars and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2.1. Points are awarded for specific actions, including but not limited to:

Referring friends who create an account and make a qualifying purchase.

Leaving product reviews or engaging with our social media platforms, where applicable.
2.2. The specific point values and eligible actions are outlined on the Loyalty Program page. McLaren Vale Cellars reserves the right to modify these values at any time without prior notice.
2.3. Points will be credited to your account once the qualifying action is verified. For referrals, points are awarded only after the referred friend completes their purchase.
2.4. Points earned expire 120 days from the date they are credited, unless otherwise stated.
3.1. Referrers earn points only when the referred friend completes a qualifying purchase and meets all Program criteria.
3.2. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, referrals must:

Be genuine introductions of new customers to McLaren Vale Cellars.

Have unique email addresses and delivery addresses.
3.3. Points will not be awarded if:

The referred friend shares the same delivery address as the referrer.

Fraudulent activity, such as self-referrals or the creation of duplicate accounts, is detected.
3.4. McLaren Vale Cellars reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral points at its sole discretion if any misuse or breach of terms is suspected.
4.1. Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other offers as outlined on the Loyalty Program page.
4.2. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used towards the purchase of gift cards.
4.3. Redemption is subject to availability and Program terms. McLaren Vale Cellars reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time.
5.1. Participants are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.
5.2. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
5.3. McLaren Vale Cellars is not responsible for points lost due to account deactivation, expiration, or inaccuracies in customer-provided information.
6.1. McLaren Vale Cellars reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
6.2. Any changes to these Terms of Service will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7.1. Any suspected fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your participation in the Program and the forfeiture of all accrued points.
7.2. McLaren Vale Cellars reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in cases of suspected abuse.
8.1. McLaren Vale Cellars is not liable for any technical issues, errors, or disruptions that may affect the accrual or redemption of points.
8.2. McLaren Vale Cellars’ liability is limited to the value of the rewards or discounts offered through the Program.
